FASHION RETAIL SUPPORT MANAGER

You will be assisting and working alongside our Buyer/ Sales Manager to ensure a comfortable environment for your staff and customers. You will be an integral part of the Team, and be responsible for rostering, finding cover, supporting, and encouraging your staff to provide the best of service to every customer visiting the department.

To succeed in this position you must be able to present a career path that can confirm your outstanding organisational, communication and people skills. You will have a high level of maturity and enjoy leading by example. Have the motivation to achieve sales targets, and commitment to providing excellence in customer service.


This is a full time position Tuesday – Saturday.
Flexibility would be an advantage.

 WOMEN'S FASHION - SENIOR SALES CONSULTANTSExciting opportunities have arisen, due to internal promotions here at Smith and Caugheys.

We are looking for Fashion super-stars with style and flair.
Two of our leading Fashion brands, Verge and chic european label Gerry Weber are in need of senior sales persons to manage them.

As a senior sales person you will be an integral part of our fashion team. You will love fashion and be able to expertly turn your flair and passion into sales results. To succeed in this position you must have strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a high level of maturity, enjoy leading by example with the motivation to achieve sales targets and commitment to providing excellence in customer service.

These are full time positions, which include rostered weekends.
