Smith & Caughey’s Gift Cards should be treated as cash, they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Smith & Caughey’s Gift Cards, once activated, may only be used for purchases in Smith & Caughey’s stores, excluding Bite café.

Smith & Caughey’s Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to settle Smith & Caughey’s accounts. The funds available will be verified on request or at time of purchase at any Smith & Caughey’s register. No change is given and any balance that remains on the card can only be used in whole or part against future purchases in Smith & Caughey’s stores.

Smith & Caughey’s Gift Cards expire 12 months after purchase. Any balance that remains on the card will not be available for use.
